The Athlead Kickback Program™ rewards clubs, schools, and organisations - along with their wider community of members, parents, staff, and sponsors - for choosing to order apparel and merchandise through the Hello Co. network.
When an affiliated business, sponsor, or community member places an eligible order through the Athlead Kickback Program™, the nominated club or organisation earns a Kickback Credit applied directly to its account.
How it works
A simple 5-step process from sharing to earning
Share the Program
Registered clubs and organisations share the Athlead Kickback Program™ with sponsors, members, customers, and affiliated businesses.
Submit a Quote Request
Sponsors, customers, or affiliated businesses complete the Kickback Program™ request form for uniforms or merchandise, selecting the organisation they are affiliated with.
Important requirements
Registration Required: All orders must be registered via the Kickback Program™ form
Nominate at Submission: Select your affiliated organisation when submitting the quote request
No Retroactive Credits: Orders cannot receive kickbacks after they've been placed
Consultation & Quoting
Our team reviews each submission and routes the enquiry to the most appropriate Athlead partner brand, then provides a tailored quote.
Order Proceeds
Once the quote is approved and the order proceeds, the affiliated organisation is notified and the order is recorded against their Athlead Kickback Program™ account.
Kickback Applied
After payment is received and the order is completed, the applicable Kickback is applied to the organisation's account.
How is the kickback calculated?
Standard rate: 10% of final order value
Applied: Directly to your account after payment completion
